1.0 Terms of Service
By booking the services of Tripple Goddess you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2.0 Liability Disclaimer
Tripple Goddess makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered.
3.0 Age
You must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
4.0 Payment Policy (Excluding event and party bookings)
4.1 All services require a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your appointment if more than 7 days in advance to secure a booking.
4.2 Full payment is due 7 days (1 week) before your appointment.
4.3 Full payment is due at time of your booking, if booked less than 7 days in advance of your appointment.
5.0 Lateness, cancellation and no-shows policy
5.1 Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
5.2 Since the service is reserved for you personally, your deposit will be forfeit if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. or you fail to turn up.
5.3 If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time.
5.4 There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows. I will allow 15 minutes for your late arrival, but after that I consider this to be a no-show.
5.5 Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled date if at least 24 hours notice is given.
6.0 Refunds
Please shop mindfully, I do not offer refunds for my services for any reason. If you are not certain that my services are right for you, please spend some time exploring my website, this will give you an idea of my style, technique and philosophy.
7.0 Agreement
You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You are not paying me for a product, you are paying for my knowledge, experience and my time.

1.0 Payment Policy for Event and Party Bookings
1.1 A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of event booking.
1.2 7 days (1 week) advance cancellation notice is required for event bookings otherwise, the 50% deposit will be forfeit.
1.3 Full payment is due 7 days (1 week) before the event.
1.4 If the event continues past midnight, rates increase. If additional time is to be added to the event without pre-booking premium rates also apply.
1.5 Tripple Goddess and the client will discuss and clarify all aspects of the event prior to the event so that expectations are clear and confirmed by both parties.
